Anyways, finally understood why my mum always starts cooking way before dinner time..
Gosh.. marination of the scallops.. thawing the scallops.. They really took up time man..
It sure ain't easy as it seems.. thanks mum =) *salutes*
Hmmms.. made dumpling soup, cheesy baked scallops and fried XO scallops.. (cos we dunno how to open rac's bottle of rice wine) Hence, last resort. XO!
Think we added a lil too much. *faints* the scallops tasted more of XO.. -.-
Anyways, the best dish today was the cheesy baked scallops! me and rac finished the whole plate! *slurps* Next time i shall try it out with my toaster.. *grins* Brendy is so good at cooking can? haix.. i still have a long way to go.. Dasao must guide me~hahas
