♥ new hobby
perhaps i should pick up a new hobby instead of wasting time doing nothing all day round.
I've always wanted to learn violin since young. how envious i was whenever i see my classmates perform with their violins on stage. but i heard that its pretty tough to master. =(
Maybe i should go for guitar instead? (:

♥ It's tough being a 打工仔
So i decided it was time to come out of the shell today and do something useful, meaningful. I had nothing better to do cos the rain spoiled my intended picnic trip
Yup. I finally got around to opening up my resume, editing here and there, browsing the tons of job advertisements on jobscentral. And I'm still not done with sending the resumes.
...Each resume i send out has to individualised with their own cover letter. Not that I'm sending a lot out. But the whole process is seriously exhausting.
And the bulk which I am interested in wanted candidates with experience.
Looks like chances are pretty much gone.
I swear I felt so stress that I nearly grab the babybliss curler and start twisting my hair around them like some mad kid.
Well, but one thing i'm proud today has got to be this cantonese song which i mastered. Linda Chung's 有一天

♥ Bangkok trip and other happenings (dated for so long)
So everyone has been telling me that my blog has gone all rusty.
Well, as a matter of fact, I felt the same way too. So I was thinking... Since I'm so free today, why don't I do a detailed nice long one? (:
GOOD NEWS!! =DDDD
After 1.5 years of traveling to SIM, chionging projects and burning nights of studying... I officially announce KISS GOODBYE! Yep. results are out and I managed to clear the modules! I'm just so glad that vbff and obaning cleared all too :) hehe. Congrats to all who managed to clear their mods too!

From right: Obaning, Hazel and vbff. These girls are really nice peeps. I so wanna be a good girl when i hang out with them. Seriously. Towards life and values, these 3 friends of mine really hold on to the right attitudes (: There's just so much I can learn from them. I'm just really happy that all 4 of us remained the same even tho we've been heading towards different paths. We should make it a point to meet every 2 months maybe?
Ps: Remember to gather all our $1 coins when we meet to prepare for a random Mount Faber excursion. haha

Compared to the last BKK trip, I'm glad that I've learned and become a wiser shopper now. No more crazying over the low quality 100 baht clothes which i end up throwing into a corner of the wardrobe. This time round, quality control and it turns out to be a much better bargain and i saved so much more! (:

2-Looped golden chain necklace at SGD $18.50 - I fell in love with this the moment i step into the store! this nice fellow singapore regular customer of the store told me she saw this in Far East at $39.90. SO HAPPY CAN! :DDD
Gold bangle (opens in the middle of the heart) at SGD $6
Pretty Babybliss Ceramic Curler (allows you to adjust the temperature tgt with a coiler) at only SGD $67.50! - This costs around 70 USD (SGD $100) tgt with shipping from US and i managed to stumble upon it! hahaha! Thanks cousin for the info and tip off! Again another Fabulous find from the wholesale mall which i love to bits!

Got this at only SGD $72 at Singapore's DFS gallery. Don't get me wrong pls. I'm no hard core drinker and martell has never topped my chart.. EVER. Got this solely for the alcohol lover daddy. And for some reason, i simply love seeing bottles of such nice hard liquor displayed in the glass cabinet side by side. It's such a pretty sight! Ok, next time i shall buy more for collection!

The thrill of getting these 3 soft toys from the pick and drop machine was really awesome! Even though carrying these 3 around town and even catching a movie with them was kindda embarrassing. haha. Thank you still Derek Lim! We should meet up more often!

Kimage School of Hairdressing
After seeing lots of good reviews on forums about Kimage School of Hairdressing, i decided to give it a go. Well well... what should i say? These people weren't just being nice in their reviews, it was really a great experience! :)
A note of advice tho: Make an appointment at least one day in advance to enjoy 10% off the hair services and prepare for long waiting time. Don't rush them and they will do a really good job (:
okok, enough of talking. let's see the BEFORE and AFTER!
BEFORE
The whole waiting time, colouring (one colour), treatment and temp curling process (lasted only a few hours) took me about 4 hours. The colour i did was Dark copper brown 4.4.2 if i rem correctly. And the senior hair stylist there was super nice! He was like OMG OMG you should go perm your hair girl! He reminded me so much of my dear daddy pimp fayeruz. hahaha! All these for just $42. So worth it!
And for some reason, I am really happy with the hair colour cos not only does it helps me to cover the black roots and blend when they pop out...
Most importantly...
The hair colour is similar to the one EUN HYE HAS IN MY FAIR LADY!
